Commemoration of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Dural: Recent Developments in Private Law

The fifth annual session of “Commemoration of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Dural: Recent Developments in Private Law” will be held online via Zoom application on 22 February 2021 Monday 11:00 a.m with the Meeting ID being 882 0436 8830. This years topic will be “Supreme Court’s Current Take On Inheritance Law” under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Hasan Erman. First paper will be presented by Prof. Dr. Turgut Öz, dealing with the topic of “Concept of ‘Simulatio of Legator’ in Light of Supreme Court’s Decisions”. It will be followed by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Serkan Ergüne with his paper on “Interpretation of Testament in Light of Supreme Court’s Decisions”.
